Why choose me for coaching? Until about 10 years ago, I took my health for granted, eating all the wrong foods. The more I learned, the more my awareness grew of the huge impact of what you eat and drink on  your skin, your energy, how fast you age, your confidence, your moods and therefore your career, relationships and all other aspects of your life! Some people CAN eat rubbish (or 'diet foods') and stay slim. You can do deprivation diets and lose weight (then bounce back as soon as you return to old habits). But if you want energy, glowing skin, good health, confidence and to stay looking and feeling happy and youthful then it might be time for an overhaul.  

 

As a coach, I will work with you to identify the roots of your habits, set goals, and work towards them one achievable step at a time. The end goal is to re-wire your brain, so your new habits become the new (and enjoyable) normal. And yes, the bonus is, when you build these new, enjoyable, healthy habits, you can reach your optimal weight, no deprivation required. I've done the journey from the start, with the help of coaching, so have the personal experience to be there for you each step of the way.
